Babies Can't Blog

Whenever I'm feeling down or have a lot of (boring) things to do, I envy children who are no older than two. Imagine not having to do ANYTHING for yourself; people clothe you, bathe you, wash your teeth for you, brush your hair for you, feed you and even sing you to sleep. Basically, all you have to do is scream your heart out, and there's an 80% chance that all your needs will be met, no questions asked.

Which got me thinking: Why do we not remember the best years of our lives? I mean, those were the years when you didn't have to worry about school, work, friends, family or fights; the years when you weren't tied down to anything and didn't have anything on your mind beyond what you wanted right then.

It was pointed out to me, however, that babies do in fact get frustrated because they can't do things for themselves. I guess that would suck. Plus, babies can't blog!

So, I guess it's all for the best. We can only remember our long-lost (or never-even-had) babyish memories, and sigh...

  1. I can see where you are coming from, but do we really want to go back to being babies? I love blogging. :)

Hope you have a great day.
